LibQUAL+ Comments
Comments are optional, not required, so respondents who take the time to write a comment really have something to say. Over the years nationally, about 30% of all the respondents to the LibQUAL+ survey provide at least one comment.

Definitions
- Access – information: Refers to any comments about accessing resources (except ILL), such as missing books, as well as more general remarks about ease of access
- Computers: hardware, software, and availability for use in the library
- Instruction: Includes library instruction termed "workshops," "training," "seminars," etc., as well as possible topics to be addressed by current (or future) instruction sessions

Journals: specific titles as well as general availability
- Physical environment: Concerns comments relating to things like comfortable furniture, more tables, renovation of building, maintenance of bathrooms, etc
- Resources: Includes comments about resources other than books and journals (e.g., more sheet music), as well as more general comments about library resources
- Services: Refers to comments other than those referring to personnel, resources, or ILL
- Study place: Includes use of library as main place to study and/or do research
- Study spaces: Mainly concerns physical layout of library study spaces, such as request for individual places for private study, group study spaces, special study rooms, furniture in study areas and the like
